The initial superadministrator account name and password are sysman/oem_temp.
You could locate the information by skimming through the accompanying help system, that you can start by pressing the <help> button when the console login pops up.

However you won't be able to login to OEM if you haven't created a repository first (a dedicated database instance in other words).
