Re: OAS 4.0.8.1 Configuration Problem

I had a similiar problem....

   I found that OAS 4 seemed to install the cleanest on NT when it was the first component installed (before the database if you are ruuning both on the same machine). I also started with svc pack 3 and then upgraded to svc pack 5. I could never get the OAS to start up correctly if i jumped ahead of svc pack 3. I could be wrong...but I know what worked.

Installing OAS first also eliminates any problems with multiple Oracle Homes....

Trying installing NT over again from scratch, going to svc pack 3, and then installing OAS.
