Reports 6 Sending PrintJob to Non-Default Printer

I am trying to run a .bat file which passes parameters to an Oracle Report and sends it to a printer. However, despite changing the default printer on the system, and passing the name of the printer I want to use to DESNAME, I am finding that Reports is still sending its print jobs to the previously default printer.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this? Is it a Registry Setting?
