Enterprise Edition download - missing components

[Quoted] I downloaded and successfully installed Enterprise Edition. But it's not complete. The documentation tells us that the Enterprise Edition CD contains the following additional components. However, these components are missing in the download.

1. Enterprise Manager - Available at the Oracle web site as a separate download.
2. Oracle Utilities (e.g. SQL Loader, ORADIM81) - I did not get the Utilities with my download, nor could I find them at the Oracle web site as a separate download. SQL Loader is a prerequisite for installing WebDB.

Does anyone know what else is missing from this Enterprise Edition download?

Does anyone know if there is a way to get Oracle Utilities as a separate download?

Is a trial version of Enterprise Edition available on CD? Is this CD complete as its documentation claims? Does anyone know how to obtain it?
