[Quoted] I'm having problems creating a formula column in a report (Developer 2000, V3.0). I have a parent query, and two child queries linked back to the parent, and I want to perform a calculation between two columns from separate child queries (it is not possible to perform the calculation within the queries).

If I place the formula column in either of the child groups I get the message "Column 'F' references column 'A' (or 'B') which has incompatible frequency", and if I place it in or outside the parent group, I get the message for both child columns.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can perform this calculation?

Helen
