Oracle Application Server / Developer Server integration

  I am trying to integrate Oracle Application Server 4.0.8 and Developer Server 6.0 on the second NT. I think the software is finally installed correctly. The Forms Server Listener appears to be working and the Web server is up and running.

  The problem I am running into now is that I'm getting the following forms error:
FRM-99999: A network error occurred, the client will not be able to continue.

I can connect to the database and run the form from the client machine through the Developer Server Runtime and Builder, so I am not sure why I am getting the connection error.

Has anyone had a similar problem and if so, what did you do to correct it ?
