Try this http://www.orafaq.org/faq.htm to get an idea of what you will get in the exam. I am in the same boat too. No previous Oracle experience but courage abound. I am about to take the first exam around the end of this month too. What exam guide did you get from the Oracle website? All i found was the DBA track information and the topics covered in the exam. The CBT offered by Oracle are way too expensive ($1399 and above) for me. I am using the book by Jason Couchman and Teach Yourself SQL in 21 days to get an idea on what to expect. If you found any good books on the topic let me know too.
