Help on Web Server/Reports Server configuration

Here is what I have:
Oracle 7.3.4 on Sun Solaris,
Developer 2000 R2.1 on NT,
Web Application Server 3.0.1 on NT,
Web application server is up and running and Reports server is run as a NT service,
Reports Web Cartridge was added and configued.

Problem:
After entering a URL request:
I get "requested URL was not found". The report is actually generated
and the URL shows as "http://myserver/cache/123334.htm". cache is the
virtual directory set in REPORTS30_WEBLOC as instructed in the manual.
If I go to the physical location of the .htm file, I can actually see
the output. For some reason, the virtual directory and physical
directory does not work together.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
