On the DDT, select the "Customize" option, click the "Settings" button and be sure that you have asked the Transformer to capture the correct items from your model. Check the Other Mappings box and double-check to make sure that your columns are mapped to a table. Also make sure that you have set the Run Options to capture "Columns" on the "Run Options" tab.
Also, did the run terminate with any errors - or did it say it terminated successfully ---- and your tables were just empty???
