HELP! I lost my Designer 2000 objects!

Hello,
[Quoted] I created an erd digram via D2K erd diagrammer.... somehow I deleted the associated erd diagram objects from the repository.....
I still have the ERD diagram....but when I try to modify any of the entities, it says that the object is no longer in the repository.
Is there any way to take the ERD and make the repository objects?
