devel/2000 form to web based. Will calendar work?

Question: I'm using developer/2000 to generate a client/server application for users to test. Then I am going to deploy in a three tier web environment. My question is this... will my popup calendar work. I used the calendar.fmb that came with developer/2000 v2.1 for NT. Someone made the comment that they did not think it would work, but they offered no reason.
