No, not directly as i know of. But you can use a batch file te set the registry just before you start f45run32.exe. f45run will read the forms45path it got on startup of f45run. I think this will get the same effect. (running a 2nd f45run32 will not affect the first.)

An other option is to use full paths in you .fmb/pll's (remove path --> NO)
