Memory leak when SQLFetch returns SQL_NO_DATA?

I have a reproducible case of a memory leak in my program which occurs when SQLFetch is called and SQL_NO_DATA is returned. The memory is allocated deep down in the guts of OCI. Has anyone else seen this behavior, and if so, is there a workaround?

I'm running ODBC driver manager 3.5 and Oracle 8 ODBC driver 8.0.4.4.0.
Thanks.
