Problem with Forms 4.5

We are having a problem executing F45RUNM on a SPARC station. All has been fine until this morning, when any attempts to execute F45RUNM result in a hung session. We have used the unix truss command to check on what is happening, and have determined that it is hanging while waiting on the device '/dev/tcp'.

The $DISPLAY variable is fine, we are able to 'ping' on the $DISPLAY, SQLPLUS functions correctly (so presumably all the other Oracle-related variables are set okay).
We cannot think of anything done on the SPARC in the last 24 hours that could have had any effect on it's ability to execute F45RUNM!
Any ideas, anyone?
