Hi all,

Can you help me get in touch with someone who knows Reports? I'd like to copy a report section, make a change, and have the new section display different data than the original even though they are both based on the same data layout.

I was hoping to query date (between) in the data_ model's_query_SQL, and then have report_layout_section filter different combinations of countries.

Country 1 Count of things: 3
Cou... 2&3 Coun... 1
C..... 4-12 C....................12

The countries are organized so that I can't use a repeating frame, I've got to somehow get the "Country where clause" associated with the report section. That way... I can copy the report layout section 4 or 5 times, and change the individual sections to report just the countries I care about.

As it stands now, whenever I touch a group filter, I modify the data_model
_group_filter and effect all report sections with data based on that group.

If I could find someone that understands the basic issue I'm wrestling:

Selecting different data for report sections based on the same data model.
I could ask them if this is possible to do in Oracle Reports

    I don't think so, but I'd ask...
And they might help me get a grip on how one effects this functionality,

I'm thinking some queries'll be added by the time this is over with.

Anyway, Lemme know, I appreciate the help
