Sorry Ronald, this is not really an answer - more of a question ...

Obviously you need to migrate from Forms 3.0/Reports 1.1 to Forms 4.5/Reports 2.5 (ie. Developer 2000). Reverse engineering the database so that you have an up to date entity model and database generation scripts is also likely to be a "good idea". But are you sure that the benefits of reverse engineering the forms and reports are worth the effort or would it be more appropriate to continue their maintenance using the Developer 2000 tools?
