Web Forms with D2k 1.5

Hi,

[Quoted] We are planning to deploy to a large number of users an already existing Oracle Forms Application using Developer 2000 for the Web.

First results were very promising, but we are worried about the following points :

1. The Appletviewer is sometimes unstable. (crashes, freeze, ...)
2. Netscape Communicator v4.03 with JDK 1.1 patch is always freezing
3. We made a charge testing with a small NT server, and it looks like each client connection is taking a lot of Memory (about 15MB)

Finally, after a lot of testing with different configurations, we are quiet confident about deploying Web Forms to a limited number of users. But what happens if their number is growing ???

Did anybody ever manage to deploy a LARGE Web Forms application (e.g. about 100 simultaneous users), without encountering Server or Network bottlenecks, or with a good client station appletviewer stability ????

Any advice or related experience would be most welcome...
