I don't have any experience doing this and there is probably a better way but... you could use the DBMS OUTPUT procedure (I think set server output needs to be ON in your login.sql file) to dump all the rows into a spool file
ie: SPOOL flatfile.txt
open cursor to read db
dbms_output (col1 || col2 || col3...)
SPOOL OFF OR what about the Oracle export utility?? I have never used it.
