You might want to look at SAS-Access to ADABAS and SAS-Access to Oracle.
You can have SAS build Access descriptors that will map ADABAS tables into Oracle tables, or you could customize ( edit ) the descriptors. These descriptors take care of dates and other RDMS specific incosistencies.
You could use SQL/SAS code to create and move the tables.
If you want to use text files you can point and click then export and import.
You can also get the code behind the import and export. You can then run the
import/export batch.
