Oracle DBAs,
I am seeing this when I try to startup:
bash sol oracle ~ 2 $ sqlplus '/as sysdba'

Connected to an idle instance.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

ORA-16038: log 2 sequence# 54 cannot be archived ORA-19809: limit exceeded for recovery files ORA-00312: online log 2 thread 1: '/h/oracle/oradata/orcl/redo02.log'
SQL> I would appreciate any hints on how to resolve this problem.
