ORDS and APEX

Very strange how Oracle assumes that people who are upgrading mod_plsql DADs really want to deploy APEX...

​Even SQL Developer when installing ORDS wants to know where to place APEX static resources.

​How did the APEX insinuate themselves into everything Web Development Toolkit related?​
