I think you are probably correct that it does not officially exist
since I was unable to find it using a couple of other newreader list
searches.  But it is still a potential resouce for any mysql user while
the site exists.



How do you tell if a newsgroup is "official"?



You would think with as many places that have mySQL that by now they
would have a newsgroup.  I was also unable to find a mailing
distribution list for the product.
