As data becomes more and more variable the data itself becomes the
ERD. See www.xdb1.com/Example/Ex102.asp for a solution to a similar
problem where persons belonging to a baseball team have multiple roles
(manager, coach, player), have different properties (bat avg and
position for players), properties (ie phone#) have multiple values and
players belong to multiple teams (astros and rangers).
