Are DOMAINs part of SQL-99 standard?

Hi,

I just came across somebody from DB2's technical support who said DOMAINs were not part of SQL-99 core.

Is this true? I can't find any current references on the web to the SQL-99 standard. I also tried www.sql-99.org but was refused.

He then went on and claimed no one of the big database vendors have integrated DOMAIN support in their products. Here I'd expect the opposite to be true. Anybody around who can tell something about DOMAINs in Oracle and SQL Server?
