occiobjm.h, where is it?

I try to use the occi example occiobj.cpp en the OCCI Demonstation
Programs, which is place in the ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo directory. Most
of the other occi files in that directory, compile and run fine, except
for the occiobj.cpp example, which includes an "occiobjm.h" header file,
which I could not found in anyplace in the oracle home directory and
subdirectorys.
Any idea where I can get it?.
