Problem with bulk insert statements in Oracle 9i

Hi All,

I am facing a problem in oracle for bulk insertion.

i am using java as front-end. From the front-end i am sending suppose 55000 request at a time. But not all the rows are updating. Is there any way to make it possible. I mean is it possible to tune the performance of oracle for Insert statements?
