OK, let me explain Oracles procedures to you, you don't seem to understand them
ORA-600 is a generic error message for an untrapped error which normally shouldn't surface. Hence, *ONLY* Oracle support can resolve them.
As your release, 8.0.6, has been desupported, Oracle won't answer the phone on your ora-600 problem, and they also won't provide you with fixes and backports. A backport: if the problem has been fixed in a subsequent release and your release is supported, depending on impact, you can request a backport. As your release is not supported you also can not request a backport. If you want to continue to use a desupported release you need to agree with Oracle on an Extended Assistance Support license or an Extended Correction Support License. Otherwise: NO ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD is going to help you out. You either need to pay, or to upgrade to 8.1.7 If you decide to pay, you need to make sure how long the EAS or ECS will be valid
