Oracle Internal Error(ORA-0600, ORA-07445)

I have a problem as below and Metalink doesn't help since their advice
is just to upgrade Oracle or OS and this is not always the solution.
At some unexpected time(not always), the application written by Pro*C
have the ORA-3114 problem and alert.log shows the error is ORA-07445
or ORA-0600. After this problem happen, application will end up with
ORA-3114, the temporary fix is just to restart the application. But
after some time, say 2 weeks, it happens again and I need to restart
the application again.
Just want to ask why this happens and what is the final solution to
it.
