Anyone figure out how to get a list of cursors that are currently open? By "open", I mean cursors that were opened explicitly and are not yet closed.
I've already found out that v$open_cursor is next to useless. It includes all implicit cursors used as well as explicit cursors, with no way to distinguish which is which.
