No,no and no
Do you have manuals? If so, please try to read them, it is all documented, and the steps you outline here clearly show you either didn't read them or don't understand them. Don't use the SYS user for the OEM repository. The default is SYSMAN, password OEM_TEMP.
The connection syntax you are trying is completely worong, it is servicename *only*.
