Sorry for my stupid
solaris oracle machince works well with configured tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora. I follow your insturction to copy both files to nt start the oracle enterprise manager console login. put sysman/oem_temp with "nt hostname" as management server. It failed to logon.

Could you give me a hint more to pass through it ?
