Oracle 8i, EM, TNS problem on Win2k?

Hello,

Just installed Oracle 8i (no service packs or updates) on Win2k machine and then installed Enterprise Mgr. Oracle seem to run just fine, but EM cannot connect to server. TNS names error even though I modified both Ora81 and OraMgr's TNSNAMES.ORA files.

I tried <machine>:1521:<sid> as well, still doesn't work -- error ORA 12222: TNS: no such protocol adapter

What's the magic? Is it a Java classpath issue? Path issue? Win2k issue?
