Retrieving images from Oracle 7.3

Hi.
I have loaded a JPEG image into the following table:
Name
Null? Type
------------------------------- --------
----
IMAGE_NAME
NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
IMAGEFILE
NOT NULL LONG RAW
Does anyone have any idea how I can then retrieve the image with a view to looking at it? Can I use SQL*Plus to output the image to a file, again?
