Quick Sort with PL/SQL or with Any Other Oracle Utilities?

I would like to know if someone out there has already written an implementation of Quick Sort algorithm to the elements of an array with PL/SQL (V. 2.3.3.0.0 prefered) and would like to share it with me. Also, is there any built in Oracle function or utility which will do the same thing?
