We are very happy with Cold Fusion from Allaire. Great tool for building dynamic queries on the fly, excellent tech support (if you need it). Runs on NT. Current version is 1.51, free for 30 days from www.allaire.com. Other nice stuff available also - forums for example. They use what they preach!!!

Version 2.0 (in beta) works with Crystal Reports (included) to create nice bar charts and other reports on the fly.

Give them a test.
