Large Oracle Reference Site for NT

I am looking for a site running Oracle 7.X on WindowsNT. The database
would
need to be at least 20GB in size and handle 100+ concurent users.
If anybody knows of a reference site using such a database or larger under
WindowsNT
I'd really appreciate a reply.
