*DESCRIPTION:

Work with customers in the planning, design, documentation and implementation of new systems by describing and analyzing business processes, designing modifications and ensuring that specific functionality is clearly communicated and understood between the business and development teams.
Ensures quality of application by coordinating analysis documentation and signoff and delivery of the business requirements for the application. Documents, analyzes and designs current and future business processes. Complete projects by training users and developers through application' developing and maintaining models of business process. Assist in pilot and roll-out markets with issues resolution and in decision making.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge. Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results in a timely manner.
Solves problems effectively with an ability to remain objective, open-minded and facilitate understanding between regional users and development.
Ensure quality of process and system training by working closely with instructional writers during the creation of user training.

*REQUIREMENTS:

BS/BA or Graduate Degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years development experience.
Strong business requirements analysis/business logic skills required, good planning, scheduling and coordination skills. Demonstrated ability to perform very well in team environment and work productively with team members from many organizations. Ability to work with multiple user groups and negotiate agreements where varying opinions are the norm.
