Forms 2.3 training

We are going to be stuck using Forms 2.3 for awhile and would like to get some training for a few new people. Does anybody have some old Computer Based Training laying around that they would like to get rid of? Does anybody know if instructor led traing is available anywhere for stuff this old? Any help would be appriciated.
