The 32 bit dll's, etc. that Win32s provides are already there in Windows 95). Win32s is for Windows 3.x - in order to make it compatible with pseudo-32 bit programs (Win 32s programs) - such as Personal Oracle7 for Windows - v 7.1.0. I know for a fact that when you try to install PO7 for Windows on Windows 95 - it warns you.

You need to purchase, upgrade, etc. Personal Oracle7 for Windows 95. The current version is 7.2.2.4, and 7.3 will be out soon! I stay out of licensing and upgrades but I do know that the trial version of Personal Oracle7 for Windows 95 is available (via anonymous ftp) at: ftp.oracle.com
/pub/www/po7Win95/large

get both the runme.bat and PO7W95.EXE .

You can call Oracle at 1-800-672-2531 for information, sales, etc.

I hope this helps,
