Installing Oracle-Client-Software for Win95 and NT on Server?

We want to install the client software of Oracle (sql*net) on a Novell-Server to share it there. But we dont know how to enter the parameters in the registry of the client in order to make the whole running. What can we do?
We do not want run orainst on ervery client.
Has any one experience with this?
