Form 4.0 with Personal Oralce

I am trying to connect Forms 4.0 to Personal Oracle 7.2 for Windows 95
but i get the error message 9301 that warns that Forms can only be
used with windows in standard mode.
Is it possible to use Form 4.0 with Win 95. How?
