Multi thread mode and Oracle OCI

Does any 1 (Oracle staff here especialy) know anything about subj. Can i use Oracle OCI while writing multi thread programm for Solaris. Simply: Does Oracle OCI use static variables inside ?

AUAUAUAU... Oracle wizard ... where are you ???

Note: multi thread server and multi thread programm not the SAME!!! PLS. dont write me anything about multithread server for Oracle.
