I found an error in the ODBC-driver for Oracle 7.1 (sqora71.dll). You must have a table with a number(7) field. Attach this table with Microsoft Access 2.0 and fill in a value of 44+k*256 (k>=0). The value will be increased by 2 and then saved to the table.
