Need Help with PO7 for Win95. Please.

Hi,
I've downloaded PO7 for Win95 and installed it okay.
Now I can open the Navigator and look through the demo
projects and tables, but I cannot create any new ones.
The system doesn't let me design a table.
SQL Plus wants to connect somewhere I have no clue where to.
Could anyone render some help for the newbie?
