Are you sure you got the Win95 version of Personal Oracle. The Win3.x
version does not work on Win95. You can get the Win95-PO7 BETA from
the webserver. I've read a press-release from Oracle that the real
version is also available. I myself use the PO7-95 BETA and it works
fine.
