po7win on win95?

hi, there,

i have downloaded po7 for windows, i thought it could run on win95, but when i install it, i got complain saying that the configuration is not supported. what if i continue to install? what could be the effect?

also, does anybody know if there is a schema design tool? for example it can check normalization for you.
