Hello Patrick,
That is way too low for the kind of Job you have described. We are small consulting firm in the chicago area, and we can't even attract college grads for under 40k. With no experience mind you. Some fo the large companies(AT&T, Motorola) snap up all the bright kids right out of college. Somebody with 2 years Oracle and C++ would be in the 50+ range at least.
You did not say where you are located. But good luck anyway..
