Oracle DBA Training

I am new to Oracle and am in need of some training. Does anyone know of a good video/book series, or company who offers GOOD training courses? I'm looking for a DBA track.

Oh, and I am going to be using Visual Basic as a front end from some utilites if anyone has any suggestions there too.
