While oerr is fine, a 600 error means that Oracle has got itself into a HORRIBLE knot. It is just about the worst error there is.  

IF YOU EVER GET AN ORA-0600 WRITE DOWN ALL THE MESSAGES, KICK EVERYONE OFF THE DATABASE, GRAB YOUR MOST RECENT BACKUP AND PROTECT IT WITH YOUR LIFE. Then bounce the database and/or the machine. If you get no joy with that, call Oracle. If the data since the last archive is important, then about the only people who can get it back are techos. If you do not have Oracle support, you may even have to rebuild the database from scratch.

And if you do not have a recent backup, give your DBA high speed cranial lead therapy.
