Forms 4.0 Best way to get started?

Hi there!

I'm starting a new project with ORACLE Forms 4.0. I'm also new in ORACLE. So I was wondering if anyone out there can recommend some good reference pertaining to Forms 4.0. I found the ORACLE forms manuals good for reference BUT not for getting started. For example, it doesn't have ORACLE Reports 2.0's sample report examples where it guides one through building several different reports. Any suggestions?
